Golden Membership Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND ISSUER

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and conditions for using the Golden Membership service.

Issuer and Service Provider of the Golden Membership:

• Legal Form: Free Zone Limited Liability Company
• Registered Address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.)
• Hereinafter: The Issuer.

These Terms apply to all individuals and legal entities (hereinafter: the Member or Member Holder) who join the Golden Membership, regardless of their nationality, residence, or place of business (U.A.E. and globally).

2. SCOPE OF GOLDEN MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

The Golden Membership grants the Member access to a range of exclusive services, discounts, and priority support, as detailed below:

2.1. Unlimited Email Inquiries

• Scope: The Member is entitled to submit an unlimited number of email inquiries for general, day-to-day, and routine business questions requiring quick and concise answers.
• Limitations: Free email support does not include in-depth analysis, drafting of complex documentation, comprehensive written strategies, or scientific/expert explanations.
• Issuer’s Discretion: If an inquiry exceeds the scope of free general support, the Issuer will notify the Member in advance, suggest a paid consultation session, and provide a formal quote.

2.2. Complimentary Informal Meetings (“Coffee Meetings”)

• Purpose: These are informal, face-to-face in-person meetings intended for networking, introductions, and the casual exchange of business ideas with the Issuer’s staff or representatives outside the boardroom.
• Location and Scheduling: Meetings take place exclusively in locations (cities) where the Issuer’s personnel are currently hosted or traveling. Scheduling is subject to mutual agreement and the Issuer’s availability.
• Limitations: These meetings cannot be conducted online. They are strictly informal and do not replace formal, structured consulting sessions or board meetings.

2.3. Exclusive Additional Discounts on Online Consulting

Members receive an exclusive, permanent 10% discount on regular prices for the Issuer’s online consulting packages, specifically for:

• Quick Starter
• Pro
• Victory

The discount will be applied at the time of order/invoicing and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.4. VIP Priority Support

• Communication Channels: The Member receives access to priority communication channels for urgent matters via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Response Time: The Issuer undertakes to respond immediately or as quickly as reasonably possible (best-effort priority basis).
• Classification of Requests: Priority support covers short, day-to-day complimentary inquiries. In the event of complex or urgent matters requiring immediate, in-depth professional intervention, the service will be charged according to the Issuer’s applicable price list for urgent consulting (subject to prior notification and approval by the Member).

3. MEMBERSHIP ACQUISITION, DURATION, AND TERMINATION

1. Activation: Golden Membership becomes active upon confirmation of enrollment and payment of any applicable membership fees.
2. Transferability: Membership benefits are non-transferable and are tied exclusively to the named Member or designated representative within a legal entity.
3. Suspension/Termination: The Issuer reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if the Member breaches these Terms, misuses priority support channels, or acts contrary to principles of good faith and fair dealing.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. All responses, email clarifications, or informal guidance provided under the Golden Membership are for informational purposes only.
2. The Issuer assumes no legal or financial liability for business decisions made by the Member based on informal advice or brief email consultations. Binding legal or business advisory services are conducted strictly under formal, paid consulting agreements/packages.

5. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

The Issuer processes the personal data of Members in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including relevant U.A.E. regulations and, where applicable, GDPR for European residents). Personal data is used solely for the administration and delivery of Golden Membership benefits and direct communication.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (Dubai, U.A.E.).
